Dr. Alex Reyes, LLC does not accept nor bill insurance. Your insurance can be used for lab tests ordered, and any prescription medications sent to the pharmacy, just like at any other doctor's office.
To book a consult, you will need to pre-pay for your visit, which is non-refundable, in the case of cancellation or no-show. We provide flexibility in rescheduling your appointment, with 72 hours prior notice.
We will provide a superbill (detailed itemized receipt) at your request so you may submit an out-of-network claim to your insurance company. Many PPO plans have out of network benefits for possible partial or complete reimbursement. Please email inquiries@dralexreyes.com if you desire a superbill.
