Drivetrain degreased and chain/cassette replaced as required
Brake pads inspected & replaced if less than 2 months wear remaining
Gears checked and re-aligned
All bolts checked and torqued, tyres inflated as per your requirements/recommended pressure

Your semi annual bike maintenance option - a Gold Service includes all of the items in our tune up service plus the following:

Frame and Fork cleaned
Wheels trued
BB inspected and replaced as required
Headset and hub bearings inspected for wear (labour and parts cost applies to replace)

Your 12/18 month bike maintenance option (or for high mileage riders) - includes everything in our Gold service plus the following:

Complete strip of the bike
Headset and hub bearings serviced, replaced as required (+£25 for integrated hoses)

Optional Extras:

+ Proactive shifter battery replacement (Di2/AXS) +£10 (incl batteries)
+ Renew hydraulic fluid +£20 (incl fluid)

Great if you have just an odd job that need doing, such as:

+ service headset and BB

*Due to high demand and the disruption shorter jobs make to our schedule, this is the minimum bookable workshop time.

Bring us the bits - we'll turn them into your dream bike!

Bought a bike from another retailer and need it assembling carefully? We'll make sure your bike is safe to ride and ensure your warranty is maintained.

Heading somewhere sunny to train? We'll do our best to make sure the baggage handlers can't destroy your pride and joy en route.

Note that there is an additional charge of £25 if brakes need reversing (Euro to UK or vice versa), or for TT bikes when packing.

Warranty and crash damage assessment of your bike.

This is a 30 minute check of your bike and comes with a written report to notify you of any damage detected and an indicative quote on replacement/repair to get your bike back into top shape.

Assessment of cranks relating to Shimano recall.

This is a check of your Shimano crankset in line with their recall notice. If it is determined that your crankset is affected Shimano will provide a replacement as soon as available.

9am Skype call? Homeschooling the kids? Want to stay in your pajamas? Put your feet up and we will take care of everything.

We arrange for a cycle taxi to collect your bike at a time of your choice, and return to you after your service. More time for you!

This is additional to any of our workshop services and costs. Please note, if the delivery/pickup of the bike is further than 5 miles from our location (E1 7LF) additional charges will apply. We will contact you with total cost before proceeding.
