When booking your appointment for the first time when you sign the wavier you must go back to the forms page put your name in the wavier box and continue by choosing a payment option and hitting confirm, if you don't it will not go through and your appointment will not be scheduled. If you are uncertain it went through please text me and ask if it was booked.

ALL FIRST CLIENTS WILL DO AT LEAST 1 RBTI TEST.

RBTI Instructions: You must eat 2 hours before your appointment. You can drink up to 20 minutes before appointment.
