Tone. (Flow) is our abbreviated yoga program. These 20-30 minute classes are a great introduction to yoga for a beginner, or a great way for an experienced yogi to squeeze a class into their busy day. Come experience the benefits of yoga with one of our qualified instructors.

Click here to book your body composition analysis using our Inbody 570. During this appointment we will utilize our bioelectric scale to record your body fat percentage and amount of skeletal muscle mass.
