Thank you so much for visiting our scheduling page and considering booking services with Kay Elaine’s Beauty Bar! Please read this important page in its entirety BEFORE booking. Each appointment booked will require a non-refundable retainer that WILL go towards your service, the retainer will vary depending on the type of appointment booked. The remaining balance will be due in CASH at the time of your appointment. Due to COVID-19 no extra guests are allowed for your appointment. A mask is required upon entry of the building and for the duration of your appointment. A confirmation email will be sent to you after booking, please be sure to read the email thoroughly and contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENT OPTION:
If you would like to make an appointment outside of the normal availability for an ADDITIONAL FEE then click the “After Hours Appointment” add-on tab IN ADDITION TO your original appointment (schedule the appointment you’d be interested in IF THE AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENT IS NOT AVAILABLE) . Please ensure to input your CORRECT phone number when booking as you will receive a follow up text from (832-572-0422) to coordinate the date and time you'd be interested in. We will inform you if that date and time is available.
If you've had previous work done by another artist (anyone other than an artist at Kay Elaine's Beauty Bar) then please click the "Previous Work Done" add-on tab IN ADDITION TO your original appointment. There is an additional fee for our artist to work over someone else's work as this requires additional time for the service. If you do not select the add on at the time of booking and arrive for your appointment and it is noticed that you have had previous brow work done you will be asked to reschedule your appointment with the correct add-on. At that time your previous deposit will be forfeited and an additional deposit will be required. To prevent that from happening, please schedule your appointment correctly by selecting the "Previous Work Done" add-on if it applies.
All appointment rescheduling and/or cancellations MUST be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you are 15 minutes or more late, you will have to reschedule. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to call or text us!
