If you are of any age, and experiencing the onset of menopausal symptoms, regardless of a confirmed medical diagnosis, then I would be very interested to hear from you. It can be incredibly difficult to recieve a diagnosis from your General Practitioner, especially if you have entered perimenopause early, but regardless of a diagnosis, movement and nutrition could very well help you to feel well inside and out.
