Refund/Cancellation Policy:
You can reschedule or cancel up to 72 hours before your lesson time.
There is no fee if you reschedule one time and your present lesson time is more than 72 hours in the future.
If you reschedule a second time more than 72 hours before your lesson, a $20 fee will be charged.
If you are unable to attend this third booking, your appointment will be cancelled and 70% of your purchase price refunded. And you will not be allowed to rebook a lesson.
If you booked your lesson with a gift certificate voucher and try to postpone more than twice, there is no refund at all.
If you cancel without rescheduling, you can receive a 70% refund.
If you cancel within 72 hours of the lesson or do not show up for the lesson, you can request a refund for 70% of the purchase price, but no rescheduling is possible.
Full payment is required at time of booking.
