  • If you have never received the specific treatment you wish to have, please schedule your 30-minute consultation first. All clients must have a consultation prior to every treatment.
  • Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. When booking, you have the option to pay a $25.00 non-refundable deposit or pay in full for your treatment. Deposits are non-refundable and are due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due in CASH at the time of your scheduled appointment. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hrs. in advance. There is a $50.00 fee for any cancellations that occur less than 24-hours before your scheduled appointment.
  • Deposits are non-refundable and are due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at the time of your scheduled appointment.
  • Please be on time for your appointment, no call no shows will result in a fee for the service in full if booking again. If you are 15 minutes late, you will lose your deposit and must reschedule.
  • Please do not bring extra people to your appointment. Space is limited to only accommodate scheduled clients.
  • For body work, make sure you are hydrated and drink plenty of water prior to your appointment.
  • No children are allowed at the spa
  • No call/no show appointments will be blocked from booking future appointments
  • There are no refunds on service provided
  • No changes or additions to appointments can be made in office
