Cancellation Policy

Advance Notice: Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel a session without penalty. This allows you time to adjust your schedule or fill the spot with another client.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows: If a session is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time or if the client does not show up, the session will be considered used and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

Observance of Rules

All clients are expected to observe and comply with the training rules outlined by our studio. This includes adhering to safety guidelines and respecting the trainers and other clients.

Unused Session Expiry

Any personal training sessions that remain unused after 180 days from the date of purchase will expire and cannot be redeemed. It is the responsibility of the client to utilize sessions within the specified timeframe.

Attire and Hygiene

Clients are required to wear appropriate workout attire and maintain good personal hygiene during training sessions. This ensures a clean and comfortable environment for all clients and trainers.
