THURS 6pm Beginning Contortion
1 hour 30 minutes
Take your flexibility to the next level in Beginning Contortion. This advanced stretching class will introduce you to the classical contortion warm-up, opening mobility through sequenced and targeted stretches. Following splits and bridge pose, students may explore standing leg scales, waterfall backbends, & various other contortion tricks.
Students should be comfortable holding bridge pose. *Suggested sliding-scale donation $20-40 —> venmo @karanova
