CANCELLATION POLICY

We require at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. There is a 50% charge for cancelled or rescheduled appointments, or you will lose a credit if have a package- with less than 24 hours notice.

LATENESS

If, for any reason, you are expected to be late by 10 minutes or more, please call/text our office number at 718-885-6982. We do allow a 10-minute grace period. Any lateness after 25 minutes (without prior notice) will automatically cancel your appointment and you will be charged 100% of your total cost of service booked.

NO-SHOWS

A 100% charge applies to no-shows.
