This class offers a safe virtual Pilates environment that modifies the exercises to meet differing needs. We will work to increase levels of strength, balance and flexibility, muscle tone, stamina and wellbeing. (safe for various spinal conditions- osteoporosis, kyphosis, etc. and various surgeries: shoulder, knee, hip, breast cancer recovery, etc.). No matter the age or condition of the body, we can all Pilates! This class is wonderful for beginners too!
