RW Alves Yoga and Somatics

This live online mentoring group is for folks who've completed at least one Foundations CR training (TIY Basics or Trauma & Embodied Social Justice). We will use pairs work, reflection, and group discussion to integrate and apply the principles and tools from the Foundations CR TIY trainings. Meets weekly online for 6 weeks. You can miss up to two meetings and make up by watching recordings.
