RW Alves Yoga and Somatics

This live online mentoring group is for folks who've completed both CR Intermediate trainings (Int 1 and 2). We will use pairs work, reflection, group discussion, and lots of practice to integrate and apply the principles, tools, and learning from the Facilitation-level CR TIY trainings. Meets weekly online for 6 weeks. You can miss up to two meetings and make up by watching recordings.
