Cleanliness: When you first arrive to your appointment, PLEASE WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE ANYTHING& have a MASK on. I'm sure we are all familiar with the COVID situation so please be considerate and clean.If you are sick please do NOT book, or reschedule your appointment.

DEPOSITS/ BOOKINGS:

A $20 deposit is required when booking any service. This payment will go towards your total of your service. Your deposit is NON- REFUNDABLE and cannot be returned. I understand life happens, but I am also very busy as well so please be careful and read carefully when booking any service. If you cannot make it and would like to book again, you will have to pay another deposit of $20.

After booking an appointment online, you have 10 min to send the $20 deposit to my zelle or cashapp listed below before the appointment is cancelled. Take a screenshot of your booking confirmation(in your email)as well as a screenshot of your sent deposit and you will receive an address. Send your screenshots to (9172143340). I will not remind anyone to send their deposits, after 10 min it will be cancelled.

I am located in Brooklyn, NY. The exact address will be sent to you via email once you confirm your appointment.

Refund Policy:

~ There is no refund on deposits
~ If you miss your appointment, you will have to book again and pay another deposit.

~ PLEASE come with bare clean nails (no gel, old polish etc on your nails when you come ).
~ NO FILLS
~ I DO NOT offer polish, ACRYLIC POWDER ONLY!

Grace Period:

There is a 10 min grace period! If you arrive 10 min after your appointment time, you will be charged and extra $5. If after 15 min you are not here, your appointment WILL BE CANCELLED!

NO CALL/ NO SHOW:

NO CALL/ NO SHOW WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BOOK AGAIN. It is not considerate and wastes time that could of been spent on a different client.

Squeeze ins:

If a spot becomes available for your desired date and time , it will be a $40 extra fee. This fee is because since it is a squeeze in, i will have to also adjust my day to fit you in.

Extra Guest:

NO EXTRA GUESTS ARE ALLOWED !

Repairs:

You have 48 hours to contact me for a nail repair for free. After that it will be $5 to repair a nail.

Travel Fees:

I do offer travel options but a travel fee will be added to your total based on the borough you live in.

I travel using uber/lyft being that i have to travel with a lot of product. Therefore, my travel prices are based on uber/lyft price ranges to take me to my destination & back.

I will require a photo of the area in which you will provide for me to work. If I feel as though it is not sanitary or of my comfort, i will decline to travel.
