Beauty Mark'd By Jo will not share, sell or trade client information with any party. Your privacy is extremely important, and your business is greatly appreciated. Any information given by the client will solely be used to inform the client of new products and services recommended.
BMBJ provides services by appointment ONLY! I will always try to accommodate last minute booking requests, however to ensure that you will receive your preferred date and time, I encourage you to book your appointment in advance and highly encourage you to schedule your next appointment after your service to guarantee that your service is booked on your preferred date and time.
I also, reserve the right of refusal of services to any client for improper conduct, any illicit suggestive remarks or advances and will terminate session with no refund to be issued!
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS:
A non-refundable/transferrable deposit of 25% per service or treatment is required to book any service UNLESS we need to reschedule your appointment. The deposit holds your appointment time and is applied towards your service. The remaining balance will be paid in full after each service.
A valid debit/ credit card will be required to secure ALL appointments and will not be charged until the end of service. We do not offer any refunds or exchanges on any services or products. This includes your NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT for all Treatments. NO EXCEPTIONS! *Please make sure that the correct facial is booked! Refunds will not be given if the incorrect facial is booked.
We now accept Cash & it MUST BE THE EXACT AMOUNT of the remaining balance. We also accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express. CHECKS ARE NOT ALLOWED!

BMBJ LOYALTY CARDS:
Every new client will receive a BMBJ Loyalty Card at their first appointment. Once you have received four punches on your card you will receive 50% off of your next appointment.At the time of your 5th service you will receive a new loyalty card.
**You must bring your BMBJ Loyalty Card with you at time of appointment to receive the punch on your card!
BMBJ REFERRAL CARDS:
Every client will receive two BMBJ Referral Cards at their first appointment with your name on it that can be given to anyone you desire. The friend has to present this card at the time of their appointment and you will receive a discount of $10.00 off your next appointment! This discount can't be applied to any other discounts or promos.
BMBJ GLOW CLUB:
BMBJ offers and exclusive discount of 10% off every appointment for anyone in the beauty industry, Medical Personnel and Armed Forces. To become a member of the BMBJ Glow Club you will need to submit a copy of your Cosmetology or Esthetician License and a copy your ID card (for Armed Forces and Medical Personnel) via email to jsimon@beautymarkdbyjo.com. Once your information is received and confirmed a confirmation email will be sent to you with a discount code attached to be used at time of checkout when booking your service.
SERVICE POLICY:
CONSULTATION FORM:
ALL FIRST TIME CLIENTS are required to complete our consultation form prior to their initial consultation or treatment appointment with us. Every client is required to complete the forms ONLY ONCE unless there are any major changes with their skin/medical history. Once you have scheduled your appointment with us, you'll receive the consultation form in the confirmation email.
BEFORE/ AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS::
We understand that everyone's availability & schedule is different. We will try to meet the needs of everyone by offering after hours appointments! This option can be added as an add on to any scheduled appointment available on Tuesday - Saturdays ONLY! The before/after hour fee is $25.00. To schedule an after hours appointment, please contact us directly via TEXT at 469-724-9965 with your full name and the service your wanting to book to confirm if the after hours appointment slot is available.
APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS:
You will receive a confirmation of the appointment booked via email and text after the appointment Is booked. In the confirmation email you will receive the address to our location and a detailed description on how to find us.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not receive an initial confirmation text or email of the appointment then YOU DO NOT have an appointment booked with me!
APPOINTMENT REMINDER:
I will provide a courtesy remind via text and email 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Therefore, when notification is received, you can reschedule if need be. Please refer to your confirmation email for directions to the location, spa policies and rescheduling options.
CHEMICAL PEEL POLICY:
Chemical peels are not for NEW CLIENTS! You have to schedule a "Consultation + Treatment" prior to getting a chemical peel. This is to ensure the correct peel is applied and that you're not burned due to improper home care.
LATE POLICY:
Please arrive on time and keep in mind that a late arrival will cause time to be subtracted from your treatment or service time and your session will end as scheduled, so that the next appointment can start on time.
You are given a grace period of 10 min. After the allotted time of 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file and NO SERVICES WILL BE RENDERED!
CHANGE OR CANCELLATIONS:
BMBJ provides services by appointments ONLY! We ask that you cancel/reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Each client much reschedule and cancel their own appointment on the confirmation email sent.
If an appointment is cancelled less than the 48 hours timeframe, you will forfeit the deposit and the remaining bal is charged to the card on file. This also applies to any clients that are in the Acne Program.
*SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS WILL BE CHARGED AN EXTRA $50.00 FEE TO THE CARD ON FILE. FAILURE TO PAY THE CANCELLATION FEE WILL RESULT IN A BLOCK FROM BOOKING A NEW APPOINTMENT UNTIL PAYMENT IS PAID IN FULL.
NO CALLS, NO SHOWS:
Failure to arrive without notice is considered a "No Show". ALL NO CALL/ NO SHOW appointments will be charged 100% of the service or treatment that you're scheduled for and you will need to rebook a new appointment and re-pay the deposit.
IN HOUSE FINANCING:
This is currently available for the Acne Facial Series & The Acne Bootcamp (Acne Facials & Chemical Peels) ONLY and is discussed more in detail at the time of the New Client Visit or consultation.
COVID 19 APPOINTMENT POLICY:
To ensure the health & safety of every client, PLEASE adhere to the guidelines. if you are feeling ill or have been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19, please notify Beauty Mark'd By Jo 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
**IF YOU HAVE COVID AND DO NOT CALL TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHIN 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE CANCELLATION FEE (50 % OF THE SERVICE) AND PROOF OF A NEGATIVE COVID TEST WILL BE NEEDED PRIOR TO YOUR NEXT SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT!
