In-person sessions will be arranged between us via phone or email.

If we are doing a Zoom session, you will receive the link upon scheduling and payment.

For phone sessions, Denise will call you at the specified appointment time.

Email readings will be delivered with a full and descriptive reading in written word, as well as a photo of the cards and/or tea leaves that came up.

**Sessions ARE NOT fully confirmed until payment has been directed to denise neal (@deniseneal5) on Venmo.

If you are late or a no-show, there is not a re-schedule or refund available.

**The Soul Voyage does not offer refunds ~ we happily re-schedule with 24+ hour notice!
