Doses of Beaute

Thank you for booking an appointment with me.

There are a few rules you have to abide by in order to be serviced:

A valid credit card and/or non-refundable/non-transferrable deposit is required to book. Your remaining balance can be paid at the end of your service via cash, Zelle, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX or charged to card on file.

For every 5 mins you're late there will be a $5 late fee added on to your service. After 15 mins your appointment may be canceled and/or a $20 late fee will be added on to your service (it is at my discretion).

NO extra guests (or pets) are permitted in the treatment room. However, they may wait in the waiting room until your session has ended. Please no children (unless they will be supervised by someone). We ("Doses of Beaute" and its Affiliates) are not responsible for any unsupervised children— No exceptions or you will not be serviced.

All canceled appointments must be made 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel and/or your schedule your appointment up to 12 hours prior to your appointment (aka Same-Day Cancellations) will result in a $30 Cancellation Fee.

NO CALL, NO SHOW' - WILL BE BANNED FROM FUTURE BOOKING and your card on file will be charged the full price of service.

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please be mindful of appointment type and pricing.

For Lash Appointments:

I DO NOT FILL IN OVER OTHER TECH'S WORK. Please book a 'Lash Removal' along with the set you would like to receive.

Please come with clean lashes, and no makeup around your eyes. Dirty lashes will decrease retention and a 'Lash Bath' will be an added $10 to your service.

You are only allowed to book a fill for the ORIGINAL set that you booked (except for Mini > Classic transitions). If you’d like to change your lash set please book a “Lash removal” plus the desired set.

Fill ins are only granted if you have more than 40-50% of your lash extensions on each eye still attached — Recommendation for fills is every 2 weeks.

After your third fill, you will require a whole new set unless the current lash set is still in good lash health condition.

For Body Contour Appointments:

After TWO reschedules, your appointment is no longer valid and will be canceled. You will have to book again to regain your session.

20 Min Late Arrivals - will only be serviced in the remaining allotted time for your session. There will be NO SESSION EXTENSIONS allowed out of respect for the client(s) after you. It is at your discretion to decide whether or not you'd like to be serviced in the remaining amount of time for your session OR forfeit your session for that day and re-book for a different day.

For all first-time visits, please arrive 15 mins before your appointment time to complete intake waiver.

Body Contouring treatments require a healthy functioning lymphatic & circulatory system. Any condition that increases inflammation or affects the body's immune response is not a good candidate for treatment. Contraindications List for those who are unable to receive Body Contouring services:
- Individuals who are sick or have an acute or contagious disease
- Uncontrolled High Blood Pressure
- Kidney failure, liver failure, or fatty liver
- Implant devices (i.e. pacemakers, electrical prosthesis, cochlear implants or large metal implants)
- Individuals with epilepsy or MS
- Women who are pregnant, breast feeding, or on their menstrual cycle
- Individuals who are not at minimum 6 months post-op
- Individuals with a BMI greater than 35 (Please utilize this BMI Calculator)
