Boot Camp is a fast paced, high energy workout, for every fitness level. It combines the best of cardiovascular and strength training, balance exercises, and power moves. Boot Camp is designed to challenge your full body and mind and make you sweat! Expect to meet outside for part or most of the time (weather permitting). This class is trainer led and full instruction is provided with exercise modifications as needed, and the music will keep you hyped the entire time!
