Before beginning our personal training, we will discuss your individual goals for the session, test flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, strength, and posture, and gain confidence and understanding with each other during an initial consultation. The training sessions will then be catered to the individuality of the client's goals, needs, and physical capabilities. Some clients also enjoy a one-on-one fitness class session of their choosing including yoga, step, HIIT, and full body toning or a combination.
