Please join Ginger Stephens, LPC, as she leads participants through a interactive 60 minute mind-body class to promote feelings of peace and restoration in the holiday season. The class will begin with candlelight intention setting, followed by breath work sequence, restorative movement poses and mind-body techniques, and end with a guided meditation. Mats, cushions and other props will be provided. No prior experience or skills are needed. Open to all adults.
