The exact address will be texted to you 12-24 hours prior to your appointment in a confirmation text. Please be patient with me! I will make sure you have the address before your appointment time!
There is a $22 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit upon booking. ($2 transaction fee for Square and ONLY $20 of this deposit will go towards the service of your choice, the rest is paid the day of your appointment.)
TAKE YOUR FULL TOTAL AND SUBTRACT IT BY ($20). THAT IS HOW MUCH WILL BE DUE ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.
YOUR DEPOSIT CANNOT AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR ANY PURPOSES. THIS IS TO ENSURE THAT MY TIME IS COMPENSATED, EVEN IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. ***NO REFUNDS***

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Prospective/current clientele will be denied service if they are creating an unsafe or hostile environment.
COVID-19
The health and safety of my clients is my top priority! If you are experiencing a fever, cough, or sore throat, please reschedule your appointment for when you are no longer symptomatic. If you have been in close contact with a person infected with covid-19, please reschedule your appointment for the 14 days past the date of contact.
Please note, I am requiring ALL clients to wear a face covering once they arrive for their appointments.

PAYMENTS
CASH ONLY. Cash is the only payment that I accept at this time. REMAINING AMOUNT is due on the day of your appointment. TAKE YOUR FULL TOTAL AND SUBTRACT IT BY ($20). THAT IS HOW MUCH WILL BE DUE ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.
CANCELLATIONS
To cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 72 hours in advance. I DO NOT allow appointments to be rescheduled outside of the current month. Your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel or NO-SHOW (ONCE) you will be BANNED from my booking site and I will no longer be taking you on as a client.
All no-shows and last minute cancellations will be required to pay a standard 75% cancellation fee, so 75% of your service total will be charged using the credit card on file along with a 2.5% state tax fee required by Square.
If your credit card on file gets declined, you will be banned and you will never be allowed to book with me again.
LATE FEE
There is a 4 minute "running late" grace period. If you are 5 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will have to re-book with a new deposit for another time.
IPL LASER HAIR REMOVAL APPOINTMENTS
Please make sure you exfoliate at least 24-48 hours prior to coming in. You MUST shave the area that you will be getting treated 24 hours before coming in! The laser will not penetrate if there is still hair growing out, try to get as close of a shave as possible! Please do not come into your appointment with any lotions/deodorants/sprays/oils.

SUGARING APPOINTMENTS
Please make sure you exfoliate at least 24-48 hours before your appointment so we can get as much hair as possible. To exfoliate, get an exfoliating glove and FUR body wash and scrub your body. Please do not come into your appointment with any lotions/deodorants/sprays/oils.
I will turn you away if you have any lotion/oil on because my sugar will not work over oily products.
If you have a low pain tolerance, you may take an ibuprofen at least an hour before coming in, please consult with your physician if you have any questions or concerns.
