PLEASE READ THE BELOW POLICIES CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT.

Location

We are located in Brixton, South London. SW2 1BZ just a 5 minute walk from Brixton Station.

Parking is available at a cost of £2.70 per hour. Please visit www.parkpcm.co.uk to pay for your parking session.

📍Full address will appear in your email confirmation email once booked in and once deposit has been paid.

Policy

• Strictly no plus ones allowed to appointments
• Out of Hours - A £15 add on fee will be charged to Sunday, bank holiday appointments and all appointments scheduled from 6:30pm. These appointments fall outside of my standard working hours
• If you are over 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will have to reschedule and pay a new deposit.
• The remaining balance is cash only.

Lashes

• Please ensure that there is no make up on the natural eyelashes.
• I do not infill other lash techs work.
• I do also have a patch test service available, so if you feel like you have sensitive eyes please let me know so you can do this 48 hours prior to your appointment.
• Please do not book an infill unless you have 40% of lashes left from previous set.
• Infills are recommended every 2-3 weeks. A removal and full set will be required for lashes older than 4 weeks.

Deposits & Rescheduling

Lashes - A £25 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your booking, this deposit is then deducted from the total booking fee. 18+

You can reschedule your appointment ONE time within the same month free of charge. Please give at least 48 hours notice for rescheduling of appointments. You can do so via the confirmation email received.

Late Fees

Please arrive on time to your appointments: There is a 9 minute grace period.

• If you are 10 minutes late you will be charged a compulsory £10.00 late fee

• If you are 15 - 20 minutes late you will be charged a compulsory £15.00 late fee.

If you are more than 20 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled.

Please come to your appointment fit and well. If you are unwell please reschedule your appointment for a later date.

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after booking. Your appointment will not be secure without a deposit.
