A traditional Hatha yoga system where you would prepare your body part by part by using yoga exercises and Sun salutations and hence ensuring a full range of motion for each joint and a complete stretch for every muscle in the human body.
75 minutes of this class follows a very systematic way to practice a variety of Hatha yoga postures in all the basic directions and hence prepares the body to be able to execute the spinal postures at the end of the session.
