An intentionally restful practice with eyes closed, blindfolds, and/or eye masks. A connection and path back to our true nature. As a whole, we are sleep deprived. Sleep deprivation is a public health issue and a spiritual issue. Our bodies are not machines. They are divine and our rest is divine.
Join us as we emphasize Rest and Yoga as vulnerable, generative spaces for healing. This class is centered on rest as a healing portal to our deepest selves.
