We begin with some Restorative Yoga poses to help you to slow down, ground and relax before we head on a trip to the cosmos and back for yoga nidra. Also known as psychic sleep, we will guide you to a place between sleep and consciousness to a place where healing from trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, and insomnia can occur. You’ll want to wear comfy warm clothes and pack as if you’re coming to a sleepover.
