Treatment Booking PolicyDuring the process of completing your booking, you will be asked to make a booking deposit. You will receive text /email reminders 24-48 hours in advance, to allow for enough time to cancel or reschedule your booking if needed. Please contact the reception for a refund if you are canceling your booking with proper notice (minimum 24 hours).
Please Note: Any booking cancellation will, unfortunately, incur a $2.10 charge due to PAYPAL's refund fee policy.
Covid Health RegulationIf you become unwell or present any flu-like symptoms the days prior to the date of your booking, please advise us, or you can cancel your booking online. If you are presenting symptoms within 24 hours of your booking, please contact us by phone, and we will refund you your deposit.
DEPOSIT CREDITS DURING LOCK-DOWNDuring a Covid related lock-down, we ONLY provide credits relating to your Booking Deposits. We do no issue refunds during that time.
