Reserving a Room
PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY
Meeting Rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and have a minimum booking time of 2 hours and a maximum of 6 hours. If your meeting requirements exceed 6 hours, please email bcpl.rsvp@blounttn.org.
- Select desired room under APPOINTMENT TYPE and the amount of time needed to include setup and breakdown. The calendar will show what dates and times are available.
- Once the date and times are selected, complete the popup form and read the terms and conditions and Revised Meeting Room Policy page (provided as a link).
- On submission of the booking, card payment is required. The meeting room is not booked until full payment is received. If you do not have a PayPal account select 'Continue as Guest'. When payment is processed a confirmation email is sent to the email in the booking form.
NONPROFITS: Please click on the "Redeem Coupon" and enter the nonprofit coupon code in the space provided on the form to receive the nonprofit rate. The code is NONPROFIT and the number representing the number of hours the meeting room will be booked. I.E. NONPROFIT2, NONPROFIT230, NONPROFIT3, NONPROFIT330, etc.
You will also have the option to create an account with our booking system, Acuity. This is not mandatory, but may be helpful if you plan to book meetings frequently.
