Guided by Helen expect a creative approach to pregnancy yoga designed to nurture and support you well during your pregnancy.
In this class you will be granted space to explore gentle, flowing sequences, strength for body and mind, calming breath work, visualisation, sound and relaxation practices all delivered in a safe, supportive space.
You need to be 14 weeks + pregnant to attend this course. Concession rates apply.
