The Youth Program is designed for serious players age 12 to 14. The youth program focuses on setting a foundation in the weight room and baseball skill development that focuses on developing proper technique, strength development, total body care and arm care. We use the latest technology (Rapsodo, Blast Motion, etc.) and have a data
driven approach to our training. This allows our instructors to develop & monitor the best plan for each individual athlete and it also lets our athletes track their progress throughout the year.

Payments will be recurring from date of purchase. All sessions must be used within 30 day window. Sessions will not carry over into the next month.
College Summer Program - Hitting & Strength
4 - Pack Individual Lesson (45 min each)
4 Pack of Individual Lessons with Matt Jones. Hitting and Catching Instruction. Please contact Matt@one6performance before purchasing. Available times may vary.
Hybrid Pitching Program
This training program is our first pitching service offered. Included in this package is your throwing program, gym time, and access to our lead throwing coach for feedback. Video calls, text message, and voice over screen recordings are included to tighten the feedback loop and give you the best training. Athletes in this program will have access to Rapsodo Pitching, radar guns, and up to 6 days/week of gym access. Assessment is REQUIRED (Free to Hybrid Pitching Program athletes).
**NOTE: This will be a combination of in-gym and remote work due to our throwing coach being away for the upcoming professional season.**
In-Season Pitching Program
This training program is geared towards the athlete that is not able to make it into the gym but is looking for guidance to take the offseason training and continuing it in season.
