DDPY Class With Dr. Tom - Upper Body Mayhem (50 mins/Intermediate) - Mondays 8am EST.
This class focuses on all of the muscles of the upper body: chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps and core by maximizing dynamic resistance. Pushups are the cornerstone of this class, including a 3 sec, 5 sec, and 10 sec slow burn pushup. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels and abilities, modifications will be offered in each position. ($8.00 USD / $11.00 CAD)
Class with Sarah - Yoga Strap Stretch and Balance (45 mins/Beginner-Intermediate)- Mondays at 7pm & Thursdays at 9am
In this class we are going to work on stretching out those muscles by incorporating a yoga strap. By using a yoga strap we will be able to focus on getting nice deep stretches with this full body workout. The soundtrack for this one is classic slow metal ballads.
Class with Sarah - Chair Yoga (45 mins/beginner) - Tuesdays 9am
In this beginner class we will be using a chair as we start to build strength and muscle to get us to the next level. All moves will be done either seated in a chair or using a chair for balance. This is a great class if you have mobility issues or find it difficult to get up and down from the floor. ($8.00 USD / $11.00 CAD)

A slower paced Level 1 DDPY workout, designed to wake up and energize your body. You’ll be led through a full range of motion with longer stretches and dynamic resistance moves. Help yourself get over the Wednesday hump with a flurry of higher energy moves right at the end.

This full body class strengthens your entire body with a focus on balance positions. You will burn fat, build strength and increase your body’s ability to balance while “taking a trip around the world”. This 45 minute class with Sarah will get your abs ripped, your butt toned! This workout is for males and females. During the booty boost portion of the workout we will be working those hips, quads and glutes so get ready to feel the burn!!! DDPY Class With Dr. Tom - Warrior Mayhem or Lower Body Mayhem (50 mins/Intermediate) - Fridays 8am EST.
The warrior full body workout involves all of the Road Warrior positions, extended side angle & twisted triangles. There are two separate phases to this workout, a strength phase (dynamic resistance) followed by a stretch phase (flexibility).
The lower body class focuses on the glutes, quads, hamstring, calves & core by maximizing dynamic resistance. Squats & lunges are the cornerstone of this class along with hip mobility & flexibility.
Appropriate for all fitness levels.
Class with Sarah- Blood Flow Restriction Get Cut Circuit (20-25 mins/Beginner) - Fridays at 7:00pm
This class uses blood flow restriction cuffs to take your workout to the next level. We are going to focus on getting the the very best results with your BFR cuffs by completing a quick 20 minute circuit workout! The results you achieve from this class are equal to completing a 1 hour DDPY workout. This class is also suitable for those who do NOT own BFR cuffs and just want to get in a quick kick ass workout!
Class with Sarah- Active Recovery Foam Rolling (30 mins/Beginner) - Fridays at 7:30pm
Foam rolling is one of the very best thing you can do for those muscles after a workout or on a rest day as an active recovery session. Foam rolling is a self-myofascial release technique. It can help relieve muscle tightness, soreness, and inflammation, and increase your joint range of motion.
