CANCELLATION POLICY: Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. Appointments not cancelled prior to 24 hours, to include no-shows, forfeit payment. What does that mean? If your appointment is at 5pm on Wednesday, it must be cancelled by 5pm (or prior to) on Tuesday. Appointments cancelled within the 24 hour window have 14 days to reschedule their appointment.
RESPECT FOR TIME: Please be courteous of everyone's time by being on time for appointments. If your allotted time is for 60 minutes and you are 5-10 mins late, extra time will not be added to your appointment.
RESUMES/COVER LETTERS: Please note that completion of resume and cover letter does not GUARANTEE employment.
There are no refunds for aforementioned services. If there is dissatisfaction with completed resume, the discrepancy/ies must be brought to our attention immediately so they we may provide remedy.
