Terms & Conditions:

Membership Agreement: By selecting "Yes," the member agrees to all terms outlined in this contract. Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Membership Tiers & Benefits: Members receive benefits according to their selected tier, including discounted or free studio time, access codes, and priority booking.
Payment & Cancellation: Membership fees are auto-renewed monthly. Cancellations must be requested before the billing cycle renews; otherwise, charges will apply for the next month.
Studio Access & Usage: Members must follow all studio rules and respect booking times. Any damage caused by the member is their financial responsibility.
Code of Conduct: Any misuse of the studio, equipment, or violation of the studio’s policies will result in immediate membership termination without refund.
Liability Waiver: P23 Studios is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Members assume all risks associated with studio use.
Amendments: P23 Studios reserves the right to modify terms and will notify members of any changes.
