Please observe the following guidelines when you attend our outdoor in-person classes to maintain a safe training environment for yourself, your fellow East West students, and you instructors:
- If you are feeling sick, someone in your immediate family is sick, or you have been exposed to someone with symptoms of Covid-19, please stay home and self-quarantine. Please let your school manager know that you will not be attending class so that they can plan appropriately and fill that spot for class.
- All students are to remain at least 6 feet of distance between themselves and their instructors to maintain social distance guidelines.
- Students are to stay in their designated training areas and bring all of their belongings to that area. Students must bring their own water to stay hydrated throughout the class.
- Only students and certified instructors are allowed within the designated indoor and outdoor training areas. Family members must remain in their cars during training time.
- Face masks/protection are required for our instructors. Students are highly encouraged to wear face masks/protection to reduce the chances of spread and contamination for both indoor and outdoor classes. Masks are required for indoor group classes.
- Depending on the make up of individual classes, students signed up for the indoor class may be asked to join the outdoor class. Please bring shoes and a sweatshirt/jacket suitable for outdoors.
- If a class is filled up, please add your name to the waitlist. Individual students will be contacted and added to our classes from the waitlist as spots become available.
- If you can't make a class you signed up for, we ask that you let us know at least 12-hours before your allotted time. This will allow your spot to be filled by the next student on the waiting list. Due to the unusual times and circumstances, there will be a $25 fee charged per person for any no-show or late cancel.
