PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING :

BOOKING:

- A valid credit/debit card is required for booking. No Cashapp/ Apple Pay cards are accepted. If there is not a valid form of payment, your appointment will result in a cancellation.

- If there is a time slot that you would like that is unavailable when booking, the option for a squeeze in appointment is available! DM @minksbymonai on instagram for squeeze in inquiry.

POLICIES:

- FOR NEW CLIENTS: It is mandatory to complete a consent form.

- Cash / Cashapp / Venmo / Apple Pay / Zelle is accepted

- For Travel Appointment Inquiry, DM @minksbymonai

- There are NO REFUNDS

Cancellations/ Rescheduling :

- If appointment is cancelled there will be NO refund for the deposit.

- You have 24 hours prior to the time of your appointment to make a cancellation.

- You are only allowed ONE appointment to be rescheduled, within 14 days after your original scheduled appointment. After 14 days and no rescheduled appointment, you will need to submit a new deposit.

- Your card will be charged $35 in addition to the deposit if there is a last minute cancelation. ( Same day cancellations are $35 as well )

- If you have rescheduled your appointment once already to a different date, and have to cancel the rescheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of your service.

- Same day rescheduling fee ( last minute rescheduling ) has a $35 charge that does not go towards your service.
