A Free Consultation is required for all new Client's. Please book a Consultation prior to any fitting.
If you do wish to Pre-book a fitting, please allow 3-5 working days from Consultation to allow for delivery of your custom hair order.
A Consultation is always advised to ensure we can decide on the perfect method and hair for the individual. (However it is possible to book for fitting only, should you wish to supply your own hair. In this case we of course cannot guarantee the perfect match, or how long that hair will last.)
A non-refundable deposit is required for any booking, this allows you to reschedule an appointment with 48 hours notice.
Process:
Free consultation to discuss most suitable method, colour options, length and thickness.
3-5 days prior to fitting- Deposit for the cost of the hair required via bank transfer, to the Exquisite Business Account to get your custom hair order. (Example- £390 total. Deposit- £300. £90 cash at fitting)
Fitting Day- Arrive with freshly washed (and straightened if necessary) hair ready for your new locks, pay for fitting in cash where possible.
