Thank you for choosing us as your Beauticians. Please read everything below before booking your appointment!
BOOKS OPEN ON THE 15th OF EACH MONTH.
DEPOSITS:
Services require a $37 or $27 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT*
*$25 or $35 will be deducted from total at the end of your appointment depending on your service deposit.*
Your DEPOSIT is due AT TIME of booking.
Your deposit is transferbale for ONE reschedule, as long as you are rescheduling within our policy time limits.
RESCHEDULING:
You can RESCHEDULE your appointment up to 48hrs before your appointment time. Anything under 48hrs, is known as a CANCELLATION. However, you only get ONE RESCHEDULE - per deposit, it must be rescheduled in the same month, and you must contact me via email, direct message, or phone to do so. After THREE reschedules in a row, you will no longer be able to book an appointment.
CANCELLATION & FEES:
You have up to 24hrs after booking your appointment to CANCEL, in order to get your deposit back.
We reserve the right to charge you a % of the remaining balance on your appointment, for SAME-DAY cancellations. SAME-DAY cancellations are cancellations made within 24hrs of your appointment START TIME. After THREE cancellations in a row, you will no longer be able to book an appointment.
NO-CALL NO-SHOWS are not tolerated.. you will lose your deposit and we reserve the right to charge you the remaining balance of your appointment. After ONE no-call no-show you will no longer be able to book with us. Communication is KEY.

RUNNING LATE?
We have a 15 MINUTE grace period.
If you are running late, please call the salon to inform us. If you are not in the chair after 10 MINUTES, we reserve the right to charge you a LATE FEE.. after 15 minutes, if we do not hear from you, we reserve the right to CANCEL your appointment, and charge you for a NO-CALL NO SHOW.

• Please come alone, NO EXTRA GUESTS.
• If you are sick or have flu-like symptoms please STAY HOME, you can reschedule your appointment!
•WAITING ROOM IS AVAILABLE if we happen to still be with a previous client.
• NO KIDS unless being SERVICED.
• THE SERVICE BOOKED IS WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE. Please make sure you are adding ALL add-on!
ONLY BOOK THE FIRST OR LAST AVAILABLE TIME SLOT FOR ANY GIVEN DAY TO AVOID BEING RESCHEDULED.
• By booking.. You AGREE that you have read and understand all the policies & information given to you above.

(Credit/Debit Cards (3% Tax Fee))
REMINDER
WE DO NOT GO OVER OTHER BEAUTICIANS WORK.. YOU MUST COME WITH BARE NAILS, BROWS, FACE, & TOES (Gel Polish is OK), OR BOOK A SOAK OFF / REMOVAL WITH YOUR APPOINTMENT.
