APPOINTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE MOST DAYS NOVEMBER 1st THRU DECEMBER 31st, 2024.

NOTE: PLEASE READ BEFORE SELECTING YOUR APPOINTMENT

As you consider your Appointment, please remember: The more children in your group, the more time it takes for Santa to see and talk to each child. For example: If only 3 minutes is spent with each child and there are 5 children, that is 15 minutes of your 20-minute visit and you still will want to take photos. If you may run out of Appointment time before you're finished, but your visit is over. We cannot extend your visit because another family may be ready to come to the door.

Consider making back-to-back (2) Appointments for a total of 50 minutes, not 20 minutes. This will give your children plenty of time to visit with Santa, tell Santa your Christmas Wishes, Santa may tell some stories, you can get pictures and the children can explore THE SANTA SHED before your visit is over. This is just a suggestion to have a more memorable visit and make magical memories.

HOW TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT.

Please review the Term and Condition and check the box, as READ.
Go to bottom of this page, SELECT date & time of your appointment from calendar.
Then, Fill in the contact information. Santa wants to be able to send you appointment reminders.
Then, secure your appointment.
1. Your appointment must be paid in full to secure the appointment.
  1. Retainer must be paid in FULL at the time of making the Appointment.
  2. Partial Retainers are not accepted at this time.
  3. Confirmation of your Appointment will not be sent until PAID IN FULL.
2. Follow the Retainer payment instructions. See Terms and Conditions.
3. Tips may be placed in the mailbox, labeled: "REINDEER FOOD FUND", during your visit, if you wish.
  - PLEASE, DON'T HAND CASH TO SANTA or an Elf!! It is very awkward for Santa and his Elf to handle cash and the children might not understand giving money to Santa or the Elf.
Then, a Confirmation Email will be sent to you with a Confirmation Number. SAVE IT IN A SAFE PLACE! This is your link to your appointment and to any appointment changes you may require.

20 MINUTE NUTCRACKER VISIT
- NUTCRACKER VISIT with Santa is Suggested for a Family Size 0 to 4 Children.
  20 minutes @ $60.00
30 MINUTE RUDOLPH VISIT
- RUDOLPH VISIT with Santa is Suggested for a Family Size 0 to 7 Children.
  30 minutes @ $90.00
40 MINUTE SNOWMAN VISIT
- SNOWMAN VISIT with Santa is Suggested for a Family Size of ?? Children.
  40 minutes @ $120.00
