Strengthen and Lengthen. Suitable for beginners and for those recovering from injury.

Dynamic Vinyasa Flow. Suitable for those with some yoga experience and requires some level of fitness.

Slow Defined Gentle Stretch and Movement. Suitable for beginners, or those with compromised health issues, or anyone just needing a slower paced practice. Props will be used in this class.

An all round vinyasa flow session on the beach shoreline, with slow stretching to begin and relaxation at the end - pure nourishment for the soul.

Improve technique in your asana practice. This is an opportunity for you to reassess and refine your practise after a year of distanced online yoga. Open to all levels including beginners.

Strengthen your vinyasa flow practice. Be prepared for sun salutations and an uplifting, energetic flow of asana sequences. Requires some experience of yoga and is not suitable for complete beginners.

The course will teach you some of the key yoga postures including standing poses, forward bends, twists and sun salutations. You will look at the importance of alignment and learn suitable modifications. Designed for complete beginners with little or no experience of yoga. You should be able to get up and down from the floor with relative ease.
