- Grace period: after being 10 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled! All deposits are non-refundable no exceptions!
- Rescheduling/Cancellation: rescheduling & cancellation must be done 12 hours before your scheduled appointment. If not done 12 hours before deposit will be kept. If appointment is rescheduled or cancelled 12 hours before the appointment time deposit will be transferred to the day requested.
