Hands, Heart & Souls is an Ayurvedic Wellness Center that supports your physical, mental and emotional well being, located inside the Health Quest Institute in Maryland Heights.
We are dedicated to offering deep rest and healing for body, mind and spirit using the principles of Yoga and Ayurveda. We offer a range of Ayurvedic treatments as well as mindfulness and meditation training – all rooted in the Vedic tradition of ancient India.
It is important to clear your schedule (at least 1 hr) after your treatment to give yourself time to integrate the benefits. Rushing to the next activity can spoil the treatment and in some cases increase restlessness.

- book an appointment under the 'New Client' category and create an account by adding a password after you check-out. This will save your in-take forms for your next booking.
- Returning clients, please book an appointment under 'Returning' and login in the upper right corner with your created password.
- You will receive arrival instructions upon completion of your booking.
Terms and Conditions
Due to Covid-19, A mask/face covering is required for all treatments. If you have a fever, flu symptoms , or other covid-19 related symptoms, please wait/reschedule 2 weeks after these symptoms clear. Treatments given here is for the purpose of promoting natural structural balance, pain reduction, relief of muscular tension or spasm, stress reduction, increasing circulation and improving sense of well being.
All sales are final. No refunds. Any outstanding balance will be issued as a credit.
A $50 fee may be applied to appointments cancelled with less than 20 hrs notice.
