Please notice the pre-approved gliding scale range. For example ($220~$88) means you will choose a gliding scale payment for each session that is generous and balanced for us both between $220 and $88, and you will manually enter that payment amount when you pay. Credit cards can be used to pay in step 2 below. Paypal payments are made separately. You can also pay using Bitcoin separately. If paying separately leave amount as $0 here.
