Open to campers aged 4+, Greenwich Kempo Camp is filled with arts and crafts activities and lots of fun games plus a martial arts class each day. Be on the lookout for Theme/Dress Up Days, Tie Dying, indoor soccer, obstacle courses, and more!

This is a very active program. Please make sure your child comes with a Snack, Lunch, Lots to drink, and a change of clothes. A karate uniform is not required for camp.

Black Belt / Adult Class

1 hour

Warrior skills know no age and neither do our programs. We've specifically designed Greenwich Kempo's Adult program to demonstrate how martial arts is not just a functional form of training -- it can be a way of life.

At this level, it's all about praxis -- a blend of theory and practice, allowing students to acquire both knowledge and skill through consistent individual practice and partner work. Students will also explore and hone their practice in sparring, freestyle, and traditional kata form.

Kung Fu

We are honored to offer Seven Star Praying Mantis Kung Fu classes with Sifu Marlon Pilossoph—a rare, true master of this art form.

It is described as explosive and demanding, but Seven Star Praying Mantis Kung Fu is also one of the most rewarding martial arts... because its practice alone reconnects you with who you really are.

Tai Chi

There is the yang -- the external force and energy we put out into the world — and there is the yin — the meditative and reflective building up and transversing of this energy. Come learn how to balance the two sides of your life force, what is known as "chi" energy.
