General Visitors are required to book outdoor garden or indoor visits by clicking on one of the options below. Please ensure all of the sections of your booking are filled out. Time slots for garden visits and indoor visits are 60 minute sessions.
All visitors must adhere to our universal masking policy (i.e. wearing a medical mask covering your nose, mouth and chin) at all times, both indoors and outdoors, for the duration of your visit.Effective July 16, 2021, eye protection is no longer required, unless a resident is in isolation or on an outbreak unit.
Garden visits will be taking place at the Long Term Care Ground
Floor Courtyard. Visits are up to 1 hour and visits must be booked at least 24 hours in
advance. Please only book a maximum of 2 visits per week so
that all residents and families have an opportunity to enjoy these visits. The entrance for outdoor garden visits is
through the gate to the garden on Marion St.
All visitors are required to complete COVID-19 screening.
Indoor visits will take place inside the residents room. A limit of 4 visitors (including general visitors and essential caregivers) are permitted in a room at a time (children under the age of 2 do not count towards this) in order to ensure minimum physical distancing of 6 feet is maintained. Indoor visits do not require booking in advance.
General visitors coming for indoor visits will enter through the Long Term Care Entrance off Marion St. to complete required COVID-19 screening.
All visitors who enter the home who are not fully immunized are required to participate in surveillance testing:
Virtual visits are closed to new bookings as of July 19th at 9am. All existing bookings for virtual visits for dates up to and including July 26th will continue as booked. This change is required due to redeployment of our activation team to support the increased numbers of outdoor and indoor visiting along with the resumption of additional programming.
If you need to change or cancel a visit, please do so through this booking system. Also, please note that if there is a problem with your booking, your appointment may be cancelled and you will receive immediate notification via the email provided.
