- A Non- Refundable Booking Deposit Is Required When Booking. I only accept deposits through my booking site.
- Booking Deposit Goes Towards Your Service.
- Business Hours Are Tuesday-Saturday: 11:45am-6p
- I offer Squeeze Ins for an additional fee (before or after business hours).
- KIDS AGES 10yrs & Up
- Please come with your hair free & detangled of any previous style (If you had braids please comb out all knots). This will expedite your service, failing to do so will increase in price or possibly forfeit your appointment.
- If You Have Excessive Wax From Previous Style Please Try To Wash It Out Before Your Appointment.
- I do not offer any of these services: Closures, Frontals, Units or Full Caps. I do not do hair for prom, short cuts or relaxers.
- Please book ALL the services that you want as you will not be able to add on services at your appointment.

SALON POLICY
- No children or extra people unless being serviced (No Friends, Parents, Spouse, Children Or Men). FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN YOUR APPOINTMENT BEING CANCELED.
- Absolutely no smoking or vaping in building or inside studio!!
SALON LATE POLICY
- YOU HAVE A 10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD if you inform me that you will be running late before your grace period time. If you fail to let me know I will assume you cannot make it and your appointment will automatically be canceled and deposit will be lost.
- If You Are More Than 10 Mins Late, there is a $30 late fee
- Please Arrive On Time To Avoid Causing Any Inconvenience To Clients Scheduled After You.
SALON CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW/ RESCHEDULE POLICY
- If you are unable to make your appointment please reschedule or cancel through the site using your confirmation email 24 hours before your appointment or deposit with be lost. Anything less than 24 hours please reach out to me and let me know.
- IF YOU CANNOT MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT AND DO NOT CANCEL, YOU ARE THEN A “NO CALL/ NO SHOW CLIENT!
Please keep in mind you are allowed to reschedule ONCE without having to book a new appointment with a new deposit!
