In an effort to keep our community safe intake appointments for the 2020 season will be done via the phone only. Once you have scheduled an appointment a intake worker will contact you at your assigned time to complete the application process. Once completed and approved a volunteer will shop for your children in our holiday warehouse and a voucher will be prepared to enable your family to purchase a Christmas meal. The day following your appointment you will be required to come to our holiday home and pick up your Christmas parcel. You will park in a designated spot and call the number on our window. A volunteer will then bring your package to your vehicle. Photo identification will be required. Please note that should you cancel your appointment or not answer our call we cannot guarantee that we will have another time available to assist your family.
