We will start with a detailed Initial Consultation in which we will discuss your medical history, current and past tendencies, habits, diet, physical structure & tongue analysis. I will create your Ayurvedic report with a personalized health & herbs plan. We will work together weekly with now recommendations for you to implement in your life to achieve your health goals. They could range from diet, lifestyle, herbs, meditation, pranyama and exercise. We will meet weekly for 6 weeks then bi monthly.
