You must wear a mask during your service. If you do not have one, a mask will be provided for you.
The method of payment for the balance is cash!! I no longer accept Cash App, PayPal, or Venmo as a method of payment for the balance. Please have the exact amount!!
A NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit of $42.00 required to schedule an appointment. Your appointment is not secured until your deposit is paid. If you cancel your appointment, you will not get your deposit back. You can only reschedule your appointment once.
**If you dispute your deposit, even after failing to read the policy on non-refundable deposits, you will not be allowed to book my services again.
When scheduling an appointment, please book the exact style and add-ons to ensure you have the allotted time frame for the service.
****Please! Please! Please! If you are a new client, send a picture of your hair density and head size before scheduling an appointment.
****Clients that have really thick hair and larger heads. Please select the add on for thick hair. This selection will add extra time to your appointment to ensure the time is allocated for your hair density. There is an extra charge for thicker hair and larger heads due to the extra 2 hours that will be needed for the service. There is an additional 2 hours added to the estimated time for the style.
Also, for thinning hair or breakage on the edges, certain styles may not be a good choice for you due to your hair's condition.
Make sure your hair is at least 3-4 inches in length and in a healthy condition before scheduling. Your hair should not be thinning around the edges for certain hair styles. If you are unsure of your length and/or condition of your hair, please contact me to schedule a consultation via video call or in person. It is best to schedule a consultation to ensure the correct style is a good choice for you.
***Also, please be patient for my services. Braids are not a fast process. I DO NOT RUSH BRAIDING AT ALL. Please do not plan anything on this day. PLEASE CLEAR YOUR SCHEDULE!!!
Depending on the style, length, and the density of your hair, the service may take longer than the hours indicated.
The hours in the description box of your style are only an average amount of time it may takes. Everybody has different head shapes, textures and density of hair. The particular style you desire may take an extra hour or two to complete instead of what is listed in the style description box of estimated time.
****Your hair must be washed and blow dried straight to get serviced.
*****Please make sure your hair is free from debris, glue, and oils before your scheduled appointment. Your hair must be clean!!!
****The braiding hair is included in all braiding services except for locs and crochet styles. Please select the color hair you would need for the style in the "Add-on" section. For customized colors, please select Add-ons to add this to your service.
****You will receive a confirmation email the day before your appointment with the address details.
****Please bring a jacket, sweater, and or pillow to your appointment. You are welcome to bring snacks, food, laptops, etc. to make your braiding experience as comfortable as possible.
****Reminder, if you are booking for services that are 8 hours or longer, before scheduling the appointment confirm with yourself that you are mentally prepared to sit patiently for that particular style.
