Schedule an In-Person Tech Appointment

Tech support appointments are available every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM at three locations through the city: Pittsburgh Carrick, Pittsburgh King, and Pittsburgh Obama. In addition, we offer appointments on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM at our South Side Service Center location. To schedule an appointment, please complete all of the information below. You will need an email address to receive confirmation of your appointment.

When you arrive at the appointment, please practice social distancing and wear a mask. Appointments are scheduled in 20 minute increments. Please arrive ten minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
