Hours of operation: Tuesday & Wednesday 9a-530p, Thursday & Friday 8a-530p, Saturday 6a-1p.
When booking your appointment, first choose your base service. Then pay attention to the dropdown menu and add any extra services needed. No services can be added the day of your appointment. If you are unsure of the services you may need, please email/call me and I will walk you through scheduling the necessary services.
New clients are required to book a haircut service. If you are a new client and you do not book a haircut service, you are at risk of your appointment being cancelled and losing your deposit. No exceptions will be made. I cannot assess what you need on the day of your appointment. All services have to be booked prior to the day of your appointment, just to be respectful of the next clients time. If you are unsure of what you need, please contact me so that I can assist you in booking the necessary services.
If you desire a short haircut and are experiencing ANY problem areas (thinning edges, alopecia, extreme thinning/shedding overall) you are required to book a consultation before booking any appointments. I will ask questions to become familiar with your situation and also look at your hair in person and evaluate whether I will be confident enough to service you.
Again, please be sure of all the services needed before booking your appointment as no services can be added on the day of your appointment. If you are unsure of the services you need you may contact me via the information above for further assistance. Shampoo & conditioning is included in all services. All time durations shown are only estimated. Preparation, styling, processing & dryer time will vary.
All no call no shows, same day cancellations, and appointments cancelled due to late arrival, forfeit any deposit and will incur a charge for the FULL amount of the services booked, to the card on file. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of appointment time will be refunded or can be applied to new appointment. Any appointment arrival 15 minutes or later, will be subject to cancellation just to be respectful of the next clients appointment.
